Venue Dashboard Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Happy Hour Radar Venue Dashboard ("Dashboard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Dashboard is operated by Moonshinerxwerks LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Dashboard.

These Terms apply specifically to venue owners, managers, and authorized representatives ("Venue Operators") who use the Dashboard to manage their venue listing on the Happy Hour Radar mobile application ("App").

To use the Dashboard, you must create an account and submit a claim request for your venue. By claiming a venue, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner, manager, or an authorized representative of the venue.
• You have the authority to manage the venue's listing and publish information on its behalf.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to verify your affiliation with any claimed venue and to revoke access if we determine a claim is fraudulent or unauthorized. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

As a Venue Operator, you may use the Dashboard to manage your venue's profile, deals, announcements, and other content. You agree that:

• Deal accuracy: All happy hour deals, specials, pricing, and hours you publish must be accurate and current. You are responsible for updating or removing deals that are no longer valid.
• Announcements: Announcements must be truthful and related to your venue's operations. You may not post misleading, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Venue profile: Your venue name, address, category, phone number, website, and logo must accurately represent your business.
• Intellectual property: You must have the right to use any logos, images, or content you upload. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the App and Dashboard.

The App may include listings for venues that have not yet claimed their listing ("Community Listings"). Information displayed in Community Listings — including venue names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, descriptions, logos, and images — may be sourced from publicly available information such as the venue's own website, social media profiles, Google Maps, or other public sources. Such content is used solely to identify the business to App users and to support the deal-discovery experience.

Venue operators may correct, update, or remove their Community Listing content at any time by claiming their listing through the Dashboard free of charge. To request removal of specific content prior to claiming, contact info@happyhourradar.app and we will respond within five (5) business days.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure Community Listing content is accurate and presented in good faith, but make no warranties regarding its completeness or current accuracy. Venue operators assume responsibility for the accuracy of all listing content upon claiming their listing.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive deal information.
• Claim or attempt to manage a venue you are not affiliated with.
• Use the Dashboard to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to App users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Dashboard, App, or related infrastructure.
• Attempt to access other Venue Operators' accounts or data.
• Use the Dashboard for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including liquor licensing and advertising regulations.

The Dashboard provides access to user-submitted reviews and ratings for your venue. You acknowledge that:

• Reviews and ratings reflect individual user opinions and are not endorsed by Moonshinerxwerks LLC.
• You may not attempt to manipulate, artificially inflate, or suppress reviews or ratings.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines, but we are not obligated to do so.

By using the Dashboard, you acknowledge that:

• Venue information you publish (name, address, deals, hours, announcements, logo) will be publicly visible to all App users.
• Your account email address is stored securely and used solely for authentication and communication related to your venue listing.
• We collect usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the Dashboard. This data is not shared with third parties.
• We use Firebase (operated by Google) for authentication and data storage. Your use of the Dashboard is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

We strive to keep the Dashboard available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Dashboard at any time with or without notice.
• Update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Remove or modify venue listings that violate these Terms or that we determine to be inactive, inaccurate, or harmful.

The Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Moonshinerxwerks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Dashboard, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or business opportunities.
• Inaccurate information displayed to App users due to your failure to maintain current listings.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches.
• Actions taken by App users based on information you published.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonshinerxwerks LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Dashboard, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Dashboard at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Dashboard ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
